Arrival
When you arrive you will be greeted by our dedicated staff who will check in your pet. Once your pet is checked in, we will guide you to one of our four examination rooms.2
Medical History
One of our experienced veterinary team members will begin your appointment with gathering information about your pet's medical history, current condition, verifying the reason for your visit, and making note of any additional questions or concerns you may have, ensuring that all pertinent details are available for your veterinarian's evaluation.3
Your Pet's Exam
Your veterinarian will then conduct a thorough examination of your pet, discussing your concerns, any symptoms you may have observed, as well as any immediate findings during the exam. Depending on the findings, diagnostic tests may be recommended, which can be performed in-house or sent to our trusted laboratory for analysis. Following the examination, your veterinarian will provide a diagnosis and discuss treatment options with you, addressing any questions or concerns you may have along the way.4
Questions
We want to make sure you're completely comfortable with the information provided to you. Our veterinary team will be on hand to offer additional pet care information and to continue answering any additional pet health related questions.5
Checking Out
Once your pet's examination has concluded and your questions have been addressed, our veterinary team will provide you with helpful pet care information related to your plan with your veterinarian. Our front desk team will assist you with scheduling any necessary follow-up appointments.6
Communication
Although you and your pet are headed home, the continued care for your pet did not stop as you exited our doors. We encourage our clients to continue to communicate your pet's health and wellness with our veterinary team. Together, it is our goal to keep your beloved pet happy and healthy!

With contingencies in place, we aim to ensure that these occurrences have little impact on those scheduled, and do appreciate our clients’ patience, understanding, and compassion for all beloved pets.
